Center for Government Contracting Executive Director Jerry McGinn wrote  about how the pandemic has “…dramatically exposed significant weaknesses in our public health and pharmaceutical industrial base and supply chain, specifically our dependence on China for much of the material and production capacity essential for the COVID-19 response.”  He describes how we can learn from the current response, prioritize vulnerabilities, and use the CARES Act and the Defense Production Act to build resilience in our supply chains.
