Biography
Avinash V. Mainkar is an instructional associate professor in the Costello College of Business at George Mason 麻豆国产.聽Previously, he was an assistant professor of management at James Madison 麻豆国产 from 2000-06.
Mainkar received his PhD in strategic management from the 麻豆国产 of Connecticut, an MBA from Tulane 麻豆国产, and B.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
His co-authored research has been published or is forthcoming in聽Strategic Management Journal,听Academy of Management Review, and Journal聽of Management Education.聽Before starting his PhD, he worked in the industry in India from 1987-93.聽
