Dr. Jena Hansen-Honeycutt has worked at George Mason Â鶹¹ú²ú since 2016 as a certified and licensed athletic trainer for the School of Dance. She specializes in treatment and rehabilitation of dance injuries and provides individualized injury prevention programs. She obtained her Doctorate of Athletic Training (DAT) through Â鶹¹ú²ú of Idaho (2016), Masters of Science (MS) from California Â鶹¹ú²ú of Pennsylvania (2013) and Bachelors of Science (BS) in Athletic Training from Â鶹¹ú²ú of Idaho (2011).

Research interests include dance medicine and science, breathing pattern disorders, and manual therapy interventions for musculoskeletal pathologies.
