Professor Fair has been an instructor for George Mason Â鶹¹ú²ú since 2015, teaching face-to-face, hybrid, and fully online courses for the Department of Communication and the School of Business at Mason Korea.

In private practice, Professor Fair has provided differentiated instruction in undergraduate mathematics and music performance and composition, and has designed curricula for hybrid and fully online courses in mathematics and art history.

Professor Fair earned a Master's in Education with an emphasis in instructional technologies at George Mason Â鶹¹ú²ú; and a BA in studio art at California State Â鶹¹ú²ú, San Bernardino.
