In partnership with Prince William County, George Mason Â鶹¹ú²ú’s Biomedical Research Laboratory is working to prevent outbreaks of mosquito-borne diseases.

Tiphanie Raffegeau of George Mason Â鶹¹ú²ú ’s School of Kinesiology in the College of Education and Human Development, and Christopher Rhea, Old Dominion Â鶹¹ú²ú’s associate dean for Research and Innovation in Ellmer College of Health Sciences have been awarded a 4-VA grant to study the use of virtual reality to prevent falls in older adults.

George Mason Â鶹¹ú²ú has selected Chartwells Higher Education, a national leader in campus dining, as its new dining services provider, following a comprehensive and competitive RFP process. George Mason’s contract with Chartwells begins on July 1 and is expected to transform dining on campus.
